- All bathroom counters & fixtures (sanitized)
- All sinks (scrubbed/disinfected)
- Mirrors (cleaned)
- Tub/shower & tiles (scrubbed)
- Furniture (dusted & polished)
- Glass Tables (cleaned)
- Ceiling fans & light fixtures (dusted)
- Lamps & lampshades (dusted)
- Pictures & knick-knacks (dusted)
- Cobwebs (removed)
- Beds made, 1 set of sheets (changed)
- Wastebaskets (emptied/washed/relined)
- We assume that home will be in order and somewhat picked up to facilitate cleaning
DEEP CLEANING
- All Floors (vacuumed &/or mopped)
- Baseboards (hand washed or wiped, reachable w/out moving furniture)
- Moldings & woodwork, window sills, & lock ledges (hand washed or wiped)
- Blinds & shutters (vacuumed or wiped w with micro fiber cloth*)
- Stairs (vacuumed / wood washed with Bona wood floor cleaner)
- Counter tops & backsplashes (washed)
- Outside of appliances + inside microwave (cleaned)
- For empty houses, clean prior locations of appliances.
- Top of refrigerator (hand washed or wiped)
- Stovetop & drip pans (scrubbed)
- All bathroom counters & fixtures (sanitized)
- For empty houses, wipe all drawers & cabinets
- All sinks (scrubbed/disinfected)
- Mirrors (cleaned all way to top*)
- Tub/shower & tiles (double scrubbed if build up exists)
- Furniture (polished, fronts, sides, legs)
- Glass Tables (cleaned)
- Ceiling fan blades (hand washed or wiped*)
- Light fixtures (hand washed in place/not removed)
- Lamps & lampshades (dusted or vacuumed w/ attachment)
- Pictures & knick-knacks (hand wiped)
- Cobwebs (removed)
- All Cabinet fronts (washed w/ Bona Wood furniture cleaner)
- For empty houses, wipe all drawers & cabinets.
- Closest and shelves (hand wiped and cleaned)
- All Doors (washed)
- Light switch plates (washed)
- Beds made, 1 set of sheets changed
- Wastebaskets (emptied/washed/relined)
* We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. We will use only an extension duster to reach higher items as much as possible. We do not move furniture, but we will try to reach visible places either by hand or with an extension duster. Most homes have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand.
* We cannot guarantee the results of mini-blind cleaning. Excessive build up may require ultra-sonic mini-blind cleaning (available upon request). Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.
